Decleor's Aroma Cleanse Tonifying Lotion

When Daniella from Madame Gourmand offered to guest post for me I was over the moon, then when she suggested reviewing a product from Decleor I could hardly contain myself.  Decleor and I go back a long way but for some unknown reason I have never reviewed from the range on my blog.  So here is the Decleor debut.

Thank you Jude for allowing me the opportunity to tell your readers about Decleor’s Aroma Cleanse Tonifying Lotion.

I’m a huge fan of Decleor and have been buying the products on and off for years.   When I was studying for my qualification in Complementary Therapy we used Decleor products to cleanse our clients face and this reignited my love for the brand.
I suffer from Eczema and have very dry and sensitive skin so often when I open a product and it has a smell either natural or synthetic I get worried that my skin will react and I will be unable to use it.  When you open the bottle the scent is very strong but fear not this is from natural ingredients and if you try hard enough you will be able to pick out each individual scent.  The ingredients contained in the bottle are Lavender, Petitgrain Essential Oils, Orange, Kiwi, Mallow and Lime-Tree Essential Waters.

Lavender is one of my most favorite essential oils, it is so versatile and has the most fantastic antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.  I know a lot of people don’t like lavender but I think its fantastic!
Petitgrain essential oil comes from the Orange tree along with neroli and orange, this is another antiseptic and can also help with stress-related conditions.

I apply this product to my face and neck every morning and evening after my cleanser with a homemade cotton towel but for the purpose of my pictures I have used a cotton pad.

The toning lotion immediately refreshes my face and completely removes all traces of makeup and impurities from my skin.

The pictures show my face in the morning, I cleansed and toned before bed and you can see on the cotton pad on the left how much dirt was on my face.
Decleor do not test their products on animals instead they use human cultural cells for testing which gets thumbs up from me!  The product is alcohol-free and suitable for all skin types.
The Aroma Cleanse can be purchased from http://www.decleor.co.uk/  and come in a 250ml bottle for £19.50
